Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American actor and model who has been featured on a range of movies and television shows over the course of her professional career. Her first venture was as a model, but after she gained international recognition she decided to try acting. It was 1995 when she starred on the television show 'Baywatch Nights. Harmon has also performed voice acting, and she has also contributed her voice to the animated adaptation of the film 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker'. Harmon has walked away from TV and shifted her focus to movies at the beginning of 2000. Following a couple of movies then she went back to her television role. One of the few actors in 2008 who discreetly posed nude in "Allure" the magazine. Her most well-known role is her character as the detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles.' The show was praised in her role as a detective, and won accolades. Angie Harmon is nominated and recognized for her outstanding performance.
